Sand Gardens

If you have found yourself here today, it might be that you are looking to find a trail into the curious world of Zen Gardens (or Sand Gardens). You may have had a conversation with me in which I shared with you my joy-filled curiosity for these miniature landscapes; my belief that they offer pathways for each of us to find our way back to cultivating an ability to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with ourselves, with a loved one, with a spiritual presence, or simply with the physical world around us.

Meet Me In The Garden is...

... an invitation to step away—physically and aesthetically—from the pull of our sensory-numbing tech-tools and the overstimulating environments we are often steeped in, and to create for ourselves a small space we can each sit with—in togetherness or in solitude, thoughtfully or whimsically—to rediscover the stillness and clarity of the present.

... an invitation to create for ourselves a miniature garden where touch, presence, and the simple laws of nature help us find our way back to what truly matters to our forgetful impressionable childlike souls; a sandy sunny landscape within our own home, a small fallow field on our own kitchen table, inviting us to meet—ourselves, others, or something greater—in peace, reflection and connection.
